Payment Plans
Option A: Your Tuition Solution: ©2021 LendingClub Bank: Convenient Payment Options from Your Tuition SolutionSM Extended payment plans are available from Your Tuition SolutionSM. Plans range from 24 to 84 months and cover tuition amounts to $50,000. Rather than paying high interest rates associated with credit cards, these Interest rates are fixed and can be as low as 4.99% APR.
Option B: Pay In Full Schedule: A nonrefundable deposit of fifteen percent (15%) is due and payable to LWA with a signed contract within 30 days of receipt of the contract. The balance of the contract (85% of the tuition) will be paid no later than July 1, 2022. A 5% tuition discount is available to those who adhere to this payment option
Option C: Semester Payment Schedule: A nonrefundable deposit of twenty percent (20%) is due and payable to LWA with a signed contract within 30 days of receipt of the contract
Forty percent (40%) of the tuition due and payable by June 1, 2022. Remaining forty percent (40%) of the tuition due will be paid no later than November 1, 2022
Option D: Quarterly Payment Schedule: A nonrefundable deposit of Twenty percent (20%) is due and payable to LWA with a signed contract within 30 days of receipt of the contract. The remaining balance will be paid in 4 equal installments:
June 1, 2022; September 1, 2022; December 1 2023; February 1, 2023.
Option E: Six (6) Payments Schedule: A nonrefundable deposit of Ten percent (10%) is due and payable to LWA with a signed contract within 30 days of receipt of the contract.The remaining balance will be paid in 6 equal installments
July 15, 2022; August 15, 2022; September 15, 2022; October 15, 2022; November 15, 2022; December 15, 2022.

Financial Details
Tuition is inclusive of most materials, laboratory and athletic programs. Lawrence Woodmere Academy (LWA) will obtain books for (Grades K-12) students from NYSTL and/or BOCES. It is the student’s responsibility to return all books to LWA at the end of the school year. Books (for grades K-12) not available through NYSTL or BOCES will be charged to the student account.

Reservations and Payment Plans
A non-refundable reservation deposit of 15% of tuition is required with a returned and signed contract. This payment and the signed contract must be returned by your scheduled due date no later than 30 days after contract issuance. Enrollment at LWA is not guaranteed for any student regardless of any acceptance conversation should LWA not receive the signed contract and deposit.

Families may opt in, on a monthly basis, to have individualized lunches delivered. A la carte meal enrollment will be available at the beginning of August for the 2022/2023 school year.

Financial Assistance
LWA provides needs-based financial assistance to qualifying students. decisions are independent of financial needs status. Financial assistance is awarded based on available funds and demonstrated need; all financial assistance awards are reviewed annually. The financial aid application deadline is January 15, 2022.
Tuition Refund Insurance Plan
Your financial obligation to the school is for the full annual tuition as stated in the school’s Admissions enrollment contract. The school cannot refund tuition or cancel unpaid obligations if your child is forced to withdraw during the academic year. The Tuition Refund Plan (1.95% of your child’s tuition) will pay benefits, providing substantial assistance in meeting your financial obligation. See brochure provided with your tuition agreement for plan details.
