lower school clubs
School spirit is evident in the variety of clubs at LWA
and the breadth of participation by Lower, Middle, and Upper School
students alike. Lower School clubs are integrated into the regular
school day.
Each club has a faculty advisor, and just like the
classroom experience, is child-centered. Students build leadership
skills, practice cooperation and collaboration, and foster school pride
through the many extracurricular offerings at LWA.

Also, during the
winter months when recess is held indoors, Lower School students are
encouraged to suggest group activities to the director. Recent
student-created groups include:

- Paper Airplanes
