middle school character day -- february, 2009
On Tuesday, February 10, the LWA Middle School had the first ever LWA Character Education Day for all students in grade 5-8. The goal of this day was to kick off a program Donna Linton, Middle School Director, had developed with guidance from our school psychologist, Limor Tintweiss. The program was designed to address issues of relational aggression and bullying, and to strengthen the empathy and ethical ideals embodied in our LWA community.
