Harold "Hal" Kwalwasser ('64W) Speaks on politics and rhetoric

Harold “Hal” Kwalwasser, from Woodmere Academy class of 1964, visited the AP Comparative Government class and the AP English Language and Composition class at Lawrence Woodmere Academy on Friday, March 7. Kwalwasser, who graduated from Yale Law with Bill and Hillary Clinton, was the Deputy General Counsel for the Department of Defense, the Director of Policy for the Democratic National Party, and the Deputy General Counsel for the Los Angeles Unified School District. He spoke to the students about the various messages and rhetorical strategies used by the presidential candidates.
